How We Work
The MSBC 5 Star Program partners with local organizations, and organizes volunteers to address local area community needs like education or financial services. We then collaborate with those partners to promote, plan, and facilitate related activities and community events to ensure that adults, families, and children have access to critical community programs so they can thrive in their respective communities.
Workforce Development
From re-entry programs to job training and interview skills, the MSBC 5 Star Program is dedicated to revitalizing the workforce through new employment opportunities.
Empowerment Services
Multi-generational resources and partnership offerings which include mental health services, legal aid, senior services and activities, workforce re-entry, neighborhood revitalization, community health initiatives, and youth development programs.
Academic Assistance
We’re dedicated to improving futures through education. Participating students receive specialized tutoring, computer/laptop resources, GED guidance, and more.
