The MSBC 5 Star Program grew out of the Morning Star Baptist Church with the goal of serving West Baltimore County and City as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The MSBC 5 Star Program focuses on improved job resources, youth skills development, and community enrichment.

Since 2001, we’ve received numerous commendations, awards, and community grants for the work we do in development opportunities and connections. From childhood education and enrichment to adult rehab and re-entry programs, our services help those who need it most.
